PLAR Portfolio

A PLAR portfolio is a collection of materials that identify learning obtained from a variety of sources such as work, workshops, conferences, research, and personal readings; a self reflection and self-evaluation to demonstrate understanding of learning; an analysis of your learning to demonstrate understanding of and competency as related to the Human Services skill set; an identification and synthesis of the critical values, skills, and knowledge; evidence of documented research to support learnings, and validation of learnings from reputable external sources.
